③The distance between the sizing sleeve and the die should be controlled within the range of 15~35mm.
④If the temperature control of the barrel process is reasonable, but there is still a phenomenon of melt decomposition (the color of the melt is light blue-gray), it should be considered that the length-diameter ratio of the screw should be smaller.
⑤ The working speed of the screw should not be too high, generally not more than 20r/min.
